3. Content Ownership

  • By publishing, you grant letr.es a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
  • You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • letr.es will not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, sell it to third parties, or analyse it for any purpose beyond providing the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall letr.es be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your published content from the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

9. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions ("Suscriptor") are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; access to premium features continues until the end of the billing period.
