- By publishing, you grant letr.es a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

- letr.es will not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, sell it to third parties, or analyse it for any purpose beyond providing the Service.
4. Prohibited Uses

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall letr.es be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your published content from the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
9. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions ("Suscriptor") are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; access to premium features continues until the end of the billing period.
